Homework for 2/13

Here is the homework for tonight:

Reading/Language Arts: Finish your letter to the editor about why slavery should be abolished.  Remember...you are writing as if you were alive in 1860.  Also, work on your reading logs.

Math- Complete the graphing puzzle worksheet.  Also, you can do the extra credit worksheet for bonus points towards your test.  We have a test on graphing on Friday!

Science- Planet Glogster due on Friday!

Social Studies- Black History Month project due on Monday.  This is instead of your current event.  Remember that you can do a Glogster or a regular poster.

Here is the homework for tonight:

Reading/Language Arts:  Finish your IP work.  Also, continue to work on your reading log.

Math:  Complete the worksheet on graphing.

Social Studies:  Response question on the Google doc

Science: STUDY!! Also, begin brainstorming ideas for your Glogster on your planet.

Religion:  Read chapter 20 in your book and take notes on the chapter.  When you finish, complete the worksheet that was passed out.

Homework for 2/8 and the Weekend!

Here is your homework for the weekend:

Reading/Language Arts: Read pgs. 262-265 in your orange reading books and write a 7 sentence summary. Also, finish your reading log for the week.

Science- Space worksheet and begin working on your planet project.  I will give you more details about that on Monday.

Social Studies- Begin working on your research for your Black History Month project!

Here is the homework for tonight:

Reading/Language Arts: Write 2 limericks!  Also, read and do your reading log online.

Math:  TEST TOMORROW on lines, line segments, and rays.  Make sure you study your vocabulary and be able to draw and label lines.  Also, Draw and name 5 lines, line segments, and rays for tomorrow.

Science: Complete your vocabulary words for tomorrow!

Social Studies:  Read the article on Jackie Robinson and answer the questions that are under it.  Also, begin thinking about who you would like to do your research project on!

Social Studies:  Create a timeline of your life.  Look back in your notes for the details about that.

Great Catholic Schools week!  Here is your homework for the weekend:

Reading/Language Arts:  Write 3 haiku's about what you did this weekend!  Also, complete the reading log for the week.

Math: ADDING FRACTIONS TEST ON MONDAY!!! STUDY!! Also, complete the worksheet I gave you at the end of the day.

Social Studies:  Current Event Due on Monday.  Use the same file from last week and just redo it.
